As one who got caught twice for 55 minutes each, here is the scoop.

All traffic is stopped and let through only for 10 minutes on each hour, from 7 am to 7 pm

There are 4 separate contactors doing all different work from laying pipes to clearing trees, to building corners wider, and they will ONLY stop for ten minutes on the hour.

No excuses, no begging, no amount of whining even with cheese works.

And it is supposed to last until October.
